1. Overview
By participating in the iGaming Linkers Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. iGaming Linkers reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time, and affiliates are responsible for staying updated on any changes.
2. Eligibility
To become an iGaming Linkers affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. iGaming Linkers reserves the right to refuse or terminate an affiliate account if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Registration
To join the iGaming Linkers Affiliate Program, applicants must complete the registration form accurately. All information provided must be current and truthful. iGaming Linkers reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.
4. Commissions
Affiliates earn commissions based on the agreed-upon commission structure. Commissions are paid monthly, and the payment method is determined by iGaming Linkers. Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue generated by referred players.
5. Player tracking
iGaming Linkers provides affiliates with unique tracking links to ensure proper crediting of referred players. Affiliates must use the provided tracking links, and iGaming Linkers is not responsible for commissions lost due to improper tracking.
6. Marketing and promotion
Affiliates are responsible for their marketing activities, which must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Affiliates must not engage in any unethical or illegal marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, false advertising or misleading promotions.
7. Termination
iGaming Linkers reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time for any reason, with or without cause. Affiliates may also terminate their participation in the program by providing written notice.
8. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to keep all confidential information received from iGaming Linkers, including but not limited to commission structures and player data, confidential and not disclose it to third parties.
9. Intellectual property
iGaming Linkers grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting iGaming Linkers’ products. Affiliates may not modify or alter these materials without prior written consent.
10. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold iGaming Linkers harmless from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from the affiliate’s marketing activities or breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iGaming Linkers is registered.
12. Miscellaneous
Any failure or delay by iGaming Linkers to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. These terms represent the entire agreement between iGaming Linkers and the affiliate and supersede any prior agreements.
By joining the iGaming Linkers Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
